My wife had an emergency on a Saturday. They were busy, but got her in and saved the day. Aside from that, they are so nice, the doctor was absolutely WONDERFUL and there is such a good feeling there.
EXCEPTIONAL service!!! I had an emergency late on a Friday, and got seen Saturday morning. Dr gave me options with pricing, then did the work in a caring and patient manner.
From the time we spoke on the phone to seeing the Dr it was nothing short of great customer service. Dr. Sandra Puerto was knowledgeable, kind and patient while answering all our questions. Best of all they were open weekend when tons of dentistry offices are closed.. 5 stars for the staff as well they made the experience like no other dentist visit.

I came urgently for severe pain issues. The practice was great in getting me in timely. The initial paperwork was all done electronically on my cell before I even showed up for my apt. The practice is very nice and staff was very respectful and caring. Dr Puerto was great! She spent time explaining my issue and helped tremendously in temporizing my issue.
I called because of the Saturday availability and I had a chipped tooth. Extremely frightened of the dentist, the staff and doctor were extremely kind and patient. The office was clean and up to date. They made me feel relaxed and welcomed. The doctor was informative, completely patient and reviewed the treatment plan in Laymans terms several times, until I fully understood the plan. I’ve already referred my husband and set him an appointment and have found my new dentist! The doctor and the assistant Tina and the entire group were super pleasant. I’m pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.
Wasnt an established patient as I just recently relocated to the area. Had a filling fall out Friday evening, called their office Saturday morning to see when or if they could see me. Not only was I able to get an appointment that morning, Dr. Puerto was able to fix my filling as well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Office was clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend.
What a great experience! My 6 year old got a toothache late Friday night. She was going on vacation with grandma to Mexico for 3 weeks on Sunday so we had to fix the tooth right away. We called Inspired dental at 9 am Saturday, they took us for the appointment at 10am. Doctor Puerto and her assistant were absolutely amazing and took great care of my little girl. We will be coming back. :)
I was on vacation in Disney when I needed an emergency appointment to fix a chipped tooth. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule last minute and had me out within an hour! Great experience - thank you Inspired Dental!
Inspired Dental in Windermere, is the best dental office I have ever been to. The receptionist was very kind and worked me in the day before Thanksgiving for an emergency app. When I was taken to the back Jen and Mrs. Puerto were absolutely amazing! Very kind and gentle. I received the "wow factor" at this office. Wonderful people, clean office...if I could give more stars I would 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Might just be the hardest working dentist I ever met. She took me in with an emergency extraction at 6 o’clock on a Thursday night and worked until 8 PM. No other dentist would take me, and they were all off the rest of the week. She did great work and explained a few other issues I was having as well. Been back twice since then and very happy with every visit.
I just relocated from Massachusetts to Florida and found Dr. Puerto with a quick google search for a dentist near me, and boy am I happy I chose her practice. The practice is extremely clean, calming, and bright, Dr. Puerto was gentle, thorough and listened to all my concerns. She helped me get everything back on track and gave me wonderful hygiene instruction, and made it easy to understand everything she was doing. Along with top notch scans, dental imaging, and truly innovative dental technology, Dr. Puerto is highly experienced with local anesthetic. Having issues getting numb is never fun! But she was able to numb me for a filling without any issue and I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Puerto is accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to see.
