If CareCredit is used to pay for services, the applicable discount will be 10% instead of 15%.

Because the Inspired Dental Membership Plan is not dental insurance, members do not have the limitations and restrictions that frequently apply to traditional insurance plans. There is no limit to how much you can save during your membership year.

Limitations & Guidelines
This membership is non-refundable. No refunds or premiums will be issued if a participant decides not to use the dental membership. Members will not receive a physical membership card. The plan’s effective date will be kept on file at our office.
This program is an in-office discount plan and is not dental insurance. It can only be used at Inspired Dental and cannot be used at any other dental office.
This program cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan, discount, or promotional offer
- For services covered under workers’ compensation
- For treatments that, in the treating dentist’s sole opinion, fall outside the scope of their capabilities
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or hospital charges
- For dental care covered under automobile medical insurance
The 12-month membership fee is due in full upon enrollment. Membership becomes effective on the date payment is received, and payment for additional services is due when those services are rendered.
It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and use the included appointments during the 12-month membership period. Unused appointments do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Renewal payment is due at the beginning of the same month in which the member originally enrolled. Membership rates may be reviewed and adjusted annually with prior notification.
The membership plan excludes panoramic and cone beam X-rays. Deep cleanings are not included in the Regular Membership.
